If you’re an existing patient, you can log into the patient portal by clicking on the SIGN IN button. If you have never logged into the Patient Portal, please call our office at 806-696-4440 and we will send you an email with credentials and instructions on how to use the portal.

What You’ll Need for Your Office Visit

We want to make your office visit a hassle-free and pleasant experience. For new patients, before you visit please complete the New Patient Registration form and print it out for your office visit. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can, and our staff will assist you with any questions on the day of your visit.

This will simplify the check-in process. Also, please make sure to bring the following information:

  • Insurance card
  • Driver’s license
  • List of current medications

Click on the Driving Directions button below to view specific driving instructions from Amarillo, Post, Tahoka, Brownfield, Clovis, and Hobbs to the Lubbock Gastroenterology clinic.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and have a means of covering your financial portion as determined by your insurance plan. If you will be paying by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

In preparation for procedures at the Endoscopy Center, we’ve created prep forms in PDF format that can be downloaded or printed by selecting the form indicated by his office for your procedure.

The procedural preparation forms will give you a detailed description of what you need to do during the 24-hour period before the procedure. Please use these as a guide, and contact our office with any questions.

Please find the appropriate prep for your procedure. Different procedures and circumstances can alter which prep has been prescribed for you. Follow the instructions carefully.
